Prosper Education Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the RoyalABC mobile application (the “Service”).

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Data We Collect

User Data

We collect and store data relating to your progression using our service. This data may include, but is not limited, recording events such as the lessons and activities you have been taught, the audio settings and the current language. This information is retrieved when you start the service, and can allow you to restore your progression in the event you have  removed the service from your device.  We also use this information to better understand our users and to provide a better service. We do not associate any of this data with any personally identifiable information, and we will never collect your name, email address or telephone number.

Device Data

We collect a limited amount of information about the device you use our services with. This may include an anonymized device identifier, the operating system of your device, and the model of your device. We use this information to better understand our users and to provide a better service. Third Party Services

Your data is not shared with any third party service. 

Complaints

Australian Privacy Principle 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) allows you to make a complaint about any alleged breaches of privacy. In order to lodge a complaint with us, please contact us using the details above with the following information:

  • Details of the alleged breach of privacy; and
  • URL link to the alleged breach of privacy (if applicable).

Please allow us 30 days to investigate your complaint, after which we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

We may dispose of information in our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law that specifically requires the handling or retention of information.
