Richard Zhao excels in curriculum study and is familiar with a variety of ELL curricula for young learners, both in China and abroad. From 2000 to 2012, he taught a variety of courses for English majors at Inner Mongolia Normal University and Beijing Normal University. From 2012 to 2016, he was an assistant researcher in the National Research Center of Foreign Language Education, BFSU, taking part in curriculum development and teacher training in a MOE-funded project, and helped teachers and students in hundreds of schools. From 2016 to 2019, he was the Director of Teaching and Research in a well-known English learning platform and helped develop the curriculum, boosting the annual sales growth by 300%.
